Thank you to Lands' End customer service for being so awesome! I ordered my son his first-ever backpack with a monogram. I didn't notice right away, but the monogram was off-center, so I opened an online chat with customer service. Phillip immediately set up an order for a replacement at no charge to arrive by the end of the week, in plenty of time for school. I called yesterday to check on it, and Tammy, who was also unbelievably nice, tracked the package. It arrived yesterday and is perfect. I so appreciate the sincere apologies and quick replacement. Lands' End customer service reps are wonderful!
